Sarah began her culinary career as a teenager, working as head waitress at the reknowned Weymouth restaurant Mallams.
Since leaving Weymouth, Sarah and Ade have run pubs throughout the south of England.
Sarah’s Mauritian heritage with Indian influences has seen her better known for her curries and knowledge of spices, yet still taking influence from her traditional upbringing of homemade English food, intertwined with restaurant standard cuisine.
